New Builds

Our local affiliate of Habitat for Humanity has completed three homes for three partnering families during the last 21 months. These homes are in Princeton, Spring Valley and Granville. The Granville house was the last to be occupied, shortly before Christmas._dsc1881j3-72-400.jpg

A new four bedroom, two story home is being completed in Ottawa for a family of five.

Habitat is building two new homes in 2010: one more in Ottawa and the other in Streator.  Informational meetings have been held in both cities, and the Family Selection committee has reviewed applications, financial records and visited families with the goal of selecting two qualified families. Two new families have been selected.

Please Check the HOMEOWNERSHIP section of this website for more information on qualifying for future builds.
